RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not do any returns / exchanges or cancellations. All items are final sale. Please carefully read our policy under ‘Returns and Refunds’. You can find the link at the bottom of this page.
 
WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP?
We ship to US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. All packages are shipped through one of the carriers - Canada Post, USPS, Fed Ex or DHL.
 
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT & IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
All online payments are 100% secure. Accepted payment methods include:

HOW WILL MY ITEM(S) BE SENT TO ME?
Once your order is complete and your payment is processed, we package and ship your item(s) within 1-2 business days.

  • For all deliveries within Canada we ship via Canada Post standard shipping which takes (2-14 business days) depending on province.
  • For all deliveries to the U.S. we ship via USPS Small Packet Air (3-7 business days) depending on the destination.
  • For all International deliveries we use Canada Post, DHL, FedEx or USPS. Delivery timeline may vary depending on the destination. On an average it may take 2-3 weeks to Europe and UK. It may take up to 3-4 weeks to Australia. Customers are responsible for any duty and custom charges that may apply.
  • Please contact us if you need expedited delivery. Additional charges apply. For expedited shipping requests please email us at info@velikaya.ca. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm PDT (west coast time).

*  Please note that these are only estimates and the time a company takes to deliver our product is not under our control. Refunds are not issued for any delays in delivery due to our inability to influence delivery timelines. Specially during holiday season. We request all our customers to place your orders well ahead of time.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need help with tracking.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
All sales are FINAL. We do not do exchanges or cancellations. However we may be able to accommodate your change request if your order has not yet shipped. Please reach out to us for assistance in that case. Contact us at info@velikaya.ca. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 11am to 6pm PDT (west coast time).

MY PURCHASE ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We apologize if any of your items arrive in anything less than perfect condition. In the rare case that you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@Velikaya.ca within 24 hours of receiving the item WITH pictures of the damage. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving damaged item to be eligible for refund.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we aim to keep our online inventory up to date, all products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail conformation. Please note that this e-mail does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Once stock has been allocated for your order and shipping is processed, you will receive a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Continue to refer to Canada Post/DHL/USPS/FedEx website for progress on your delivery.
